John’s practice focuses on life and estate planning and residential real estate.

Following his call to the Bar in 1995, John prosecuted criminal matters in his capacity as an Assistant Crown Attorney in the Region of Halton. He thereafter decided to move to private practice and joined Thomas Holland LLP. John often assists Clients in all non-financial aspects of family planning by assisting with Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney and Real Estate, both as a solicitor and as a registered real estate agent with Royal LePage Signature. John is a graduate of Queen’s University Law School. Before attending Law School, John was granted a Bachelor of Arts degree also from Queen’s University at Kingston.

Practice

As well as assisting Clients with the administration of estates, John also assists Clients with life and estate planning matters including Powers of Attorney, Wills and Trusts. With his experience in real estate, John also assists Clients in buying and selling real estate, both as a Registered Real Estate Agent with Royal LePage Signature Real Estate and as a solicitor.
