Elsie has been working with Thomas Holland LLP since 1999 as a law clerk. Elsie assists counsel in all aspects of Family and Estate Law. Elsie is often engaged preparing Applications, Answers, Motion materials in Family Law matters and preparing Applications for Certificate of Appointments and helping Estate Trustees obtain Probate and administer Estates. She is routinely attending to the drafts of Wills, Powers of Attorney and related conveyancing documentation and/or the purchase and sale of real estate.
